Client-provided garments* if accepted by DellaValle Embroidery, may incur a surcharge, at the discretion of DellaValle Embroidery.
* DELLAVALLE EMBROIDERY is not responsible for any & all damages that may occur to client provided items during the embroidery or imprinting process. The client agrees to assume all risk of damage that may occur during the embroidery or imprint process. The client releases DELLAVALLE EMBROIDERY individuals, officers, employees, agents from any liability and costs resulting in any damages from these processes and will not require replacement or reimbursement of any kind for items damaged.
