CLIENT PROVIDED* Items: If available but not purchased from DellaValle Embroidery, will incur an additional fee plus the price of embroidery and/or printing.

CLIENT PROVIDED items individually wrapped (not embroidery-ready) will incur a handling fee of $1.00 per item to remove wrapper. Items will not be re-wrapped.

DELLAVALLE EMBROIDERY is released from any and all damages that may occur to Client Supplied items for the purpose of embroidery. The Client assumes all risk of damage that may occur due to the embroidery process and releases DELLAVALLE EMBROIDERY and its officers, employees, or agents from any liability, costs and damages resulting from the embroidery process and does not require replacement or reimbursement of any kind for items damaged.
